Girl Child Toilet

The project was done through a collaborative funding model involving Basic Education and Literacy Committee, RID 3292, the Rotary Club of Kathmandu, Rotary Club of Rajdhani and the Shree Indrachowk Basic School. The Girls' Toilet Construction Project at Shree Indrachowk Basic School, Chandrakot-2, Dhawadi, Gulmi standed as a model of successful collaboration in the WASH sector, directly impacting the health and education of 105 adolescent girls. The project’s success, coupled with the school's subsequent water management initiative, demonstrates the power of Rotary interventions to catalyze broader community development. The total cost of the project was NPR 415,683.29.
